It was the second time that I stayed there, and I loved the suites, are very comfortable, with all the necessary stuff to enjoy the stay. However both times I faced issues with the internet connection which is a crucial topic because of my work. Additional in my first visit the furniture in the room was more modern, which I missed during my second visit. In summary, during the period I visited São Paulo I had the opportunity to stay on different Mercure, this one is perfect just need to be consistent with the experience in the rooms and improve your internet connection.

Overall our stay was good. We tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival but there was no response on Whatsapp calls or texts. We were told to use WhatsApp. Our tour guide in SP was unable to connect with them either. However, once we were there, the staff was helpful and some sooke English too, which was very good and important for a hotel in an upscale area of a financial center of the country. The restaurant had simple healthy food. It took a day for the hotel to have adapters for sale. They might have had bottled water for sale too (other than the restaurant) but I didn’t see any. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning crew did a good job. The shower was a nit awkwardly designed. Again, it us a good hotel and we were comfortable there.
