We had a booking at a set price and was over charged when checked in, had to go back and get a refund. I know it is a budget hotel but this really is below par. Our room was in bad repair, Door to bathroom had a bad trip hazard and rubber moulding loose to trip on. Shower had a curtain and looked like someone had put a black colour through their hair and dripped all over the curtain. Floor was not very clean, fridge very very noisey, blind would not go down half way, it was all or nothing. Signed up to Accor to get good deals and this was the first, starting to regret it already

I was placed in a room that was able to be opened from the outside. I notified hotel staff when I became aware and needed to leave for the day. I was reassured that this lock would be fixed. When I returned in the evening it was not fixed and my belongings at risk of being stolen. As I was not safe in the room, I was then required to move to another room which was infested with cockroaches.

For some reason I booked for $105 through Accor direct for the night of 14th April however when I arrived on site there was no booking apart from 14th July! I can't see how that can have happened as when you book dates with other platforms the current month always comes up and you have to jump to following months. is there a glitch? I also had to pay an extra $30 (approx.) due to this.
