Conveniently located hotel and very well managed, great staff ! However, we wish Accor HQ would keep prices stable as before, because making them subject to Revenue Management is very hostile to budget-conscious guests.

Paid for breakfast Meals area was closed I rang the manager at 7.20 am Waited a further 5 minutes but had to leave Very disappointed

Hand basin in the room blocked, fridge couldn't stand on it's own four feet, bed was uncomfortable, pillow was terrible, sheets on one bed missing, blanket on the other bed missing, bathroom wasn't a bathroom and if it were in a small caravan I'd have called it dilapidated and inadequate. Next night we stayed in the Alabaster Motel Taree which salvaged our humanity.

Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably dark. The room had not been properly cleaned there were fingerprints on the window, dirty marks on the mirror. Dust around the bed, there was even a dead fly that looked like it had been there for a long time. The "bathroom" has a weird setup, it looks like a shower/toilet from a boat and the sink is not in the bathroom, it is on the other side of the room. I understand that it is a budget hotel but it should still be clean.
