Very quick trip to Poland, I arrived rather late as just before 3am and I called the hotel to advise I will be checking in late due to my late flight. The receptionist was fantastic, ensuring me my room will be ready, so I had nothing to worry about. When I arrived, the rooms was ready, despite being 3am, receptionist was very welcoming, ensuring and super helpful! She made this check in so easy and hassle free! Despite having a room with window facing main street, there was zero noise coming from the outside, which was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep longer! So that was a great plus! My booking was a room only, but I asked for breakfast and there was no problem, they just added me to the list. Check out was just as painless and easy. Good to mention, they do have a car park at the back of the hotel which is only 40zl for 24h, so it makes is super easy and stress free, because there was very spacious. Great stay, and I will def stay again!

The room had unpleasant smell of a wet dog which necessitated in opening the windows. Unfortunately, the street was loud throughout every night. To make matters worse, walls separating rooms are thin - the couple next door insisted on having a loud conversation through the night and kept us awake. Parking bays in the hotel car park were very tight. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room 326 was quite dilapidated. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, so the windows had to be kept open all the time. Beds and mattresses are in bad condition as is the whole room. One of my pillows was dirty as was the sofa. On the other hand, the service (staff) was pleasant and helpful, the already renovated places (entrance hall, restaurant, corridors,...) are nice and the breakfasts were very tasty.

Location - Perfect location Entry access - Continent for person with disabilities Check-in process- Smooth as expected. Staff - Extremely friendly and helpful, since I was checking out early morning and will skip my breakfast, they made sure to give me packed food for my journey which I haven't seen in 8 countries I have visited. Room - Neat & Clean but warmer was not great working need improvement. Breakfast - Balanced & well spread. All okay. Internet-Here need very big improvement... connection was not that smooth. Check out-Smooth as expected.
