Was attending a conference and I booked a room with a double bed and sofa bed as I was sharing with a lady I didn’t know very well. When I checked in I was given a room with a queen size bed in only. When I questioned why there wasn’t a sofa bed too the receptionist replied that was all that was left. The bed was very comfortable but was a little awkward sharing with someone I didn’t know very well. The receptionist was only a young girl and there was a language barrier and so didn’t really understand.

Restaurant menu very very poor, not Novotel menus I have been used to in the past, just like a fast food joint. Disable rooms have no three pin power sockets near the bed for such items as breathing machines etc, nearest one on the other side of the room, the two male reception staff told me I would have to go and buy an extension lead for myself, what a state of affaires when your guest are told to do this. I must say the young lady on reception when we arrived was very helpful and understanding.

The hotel provided us with a good base for a family break. Reception staff very helpful and friendly We felt restaurant service could be improved. Rooms comfortable and clean Pool area clean and great facility. Bathrooms could do with a revamp . All in all a good stay thank you.
