Fantastic location behind the Shard. Easy access to Borough Market, bars, restaurants and riverside. Hotel very clean. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful, particularly Rasa Nakutiene who helped me located my mobile phone which I had misplaced. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We will definitely stay again.

Well located in central London with easy access to all directions and sightseeings. Very friendly staff supporting on all needs and very family friendly.

Staff are a huge asset to this hotel, everyone I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic central location & perfect for: Tate Modern, The Globe, St Paul’s Cathedral & Borough Mkt. The rooms do let the hotel down, they feel dated, our bathroom was very dark & the shower drain was blocked (quickly fixed when mentioned to staff though), sheets didn’t feel crisp and luxurious - ours were bobbled and felt worn - not what I’d hope for in a 4 star room. Breakfast was fine, but incredibly busy and didn’t feel designed to accommodate so many guests. Although there was a lot of choice the quality was lacking - staff were again great, and working very hard in a busy environment.

We had a great two night stay with our two young children. The hotel was of a high standard and in a perfect location, a two minute walk from Borough market and London Bridge tube, giving easy access to all the attractions. We would give this 4 1/2 out if five. Only very minor criticism, was that the staff (who were polite and professional) were rushed off there feet at reception and at breakfast, which slightly affected waiting times. A great choice at breakfast, but the hot food could have been hotter. More staff on duty to take the burden would have definitely help. Overall loved it. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great view of the Shard and good breakfast

Stayed with my husband and 2 kids for a birthday holiday. Very thankful to be given a room with a clear view of the Shard which impressed our children every day and when alight at night. Nice room and bathroom/shower. Wide breakfast selection for all tastes. Negatives however include the poorly-functioning AC which left the room very warm and uncomfortable at night. Also when checking under the bed and sofabed for lost toys before leaving, there was a large amount of white mould bubbles all over the woodwork and underside of mattress and slats. My daughter and I had coughed all through the second night. Yet haven't since. (Now I know why). Rooms need a regular disinfecting in these areas.
