The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. However, this stay brought 'budget' into a new line. Having paid a considerable amount above what we usually pay (and we are a retired couple who have used a number of places to stay on our travels, both in the UK and abroad (New Zealand)} this is the first time in over twenty years we have stayed in accommodation without any tea / coffee making equipment in the room and then to be charged £15 for 5 coffees in paper cups which we had to serve ourselves from a machine . We have stayed in Ibis hotels before and have enjoyed the those stays. Would we stay in this hotel again, possibly not
