Unwelcome visitor and poor response from reception

I was woken at 01:00 by someone entering my room, I asked them to leave in a less than polite manner. I raised this with reception when checking out and they initially apologised and said that the intruder had tried the wrong room. I questioned this as his card clearly opened my door, the receptionist then asked me if I had opened the door to him and then accused me of lying about the incident. A very poor response from this hotel and I will consider other hotels in future.
