Having had a superb stay at Christmas I return for breakfast from time to time and catch up with the staff. It is simply the best hotel in London. The food is first class, the service impeccable and a wonderful atmosphere in peaceful surroundings. A special mention to Kritika and Ned who attend to everything. Many thanks. James Collins

this place is exceptional service, how a hotel should be run. the rooms are typical london small. however the wonderful service makes up for it. We can not wait to return. Smallish rooms, however well appointed. Well worth a visit.In a great central location.

Every time I visit London, I stay in this hotel. 1. The location : To the east, there is walking distance to London's fantastic entertainment area are such as / West End/ Soho/ Regent Street etc. At the same time, the road in front the hotel is not too crowed. Cross the St Jame's park, you may reach the other Landmark such as Westminster Abbey, Parliament Building and Big Ben. 2. The French style hospitality : the staffs are nice helpful and the food from Wild Honey is perfect . Still my only choice when stay in London

A brilliant 2 weeks. Staff all through the hotel were exceptionally friendly and really made an effort to get to know us through the stay.
