Service is excellent, Rooms are great & the Location is as good as it gets. Pret - Groceries - Theatres all located close by. Breakfast is also very good, although a tad bit $$$ Public transportation easily accessible within a few minutes walk.

Having had a superb stay at Christmas I return for breakfast from time to time and catch up with the staff. It is simply the best hotel in London. The food is first class, the service impeccable and a wonderful atmosphere in peaceful surroundings. A special mention to Kritika and Ned who attend to everything. Many thanks. James Collins

I was welcomed and given every consideration by staff, and when our children arrived to pick me up the next day the staff in the Lobby all contributed to making them welcome despite not baing guests. The restaurant was great - Louis the waiter in the mornings could not ahve been more helpful. I truly appreciated his service. Staff remembered my name and treated me like a special individual despite just being an ordinary guest.
