The experience was great, the room was very comfortable and cozy. All attends were very kind to us. The room services were extremely good and the food were very tasty. We had a great time at the hotel.

Overall experience was ok. The first room I got was for disabled people, which is not my case, the room was not clean and the water from the shower overflooded the bathroom. It was a bad feeling coming after an overnight flight from Europe and don't feel comfortable in the room. I had to complain. I got afterwards a much better room, but it was unsatisfying situation. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is outdated in some instances. Staff needs to be trained and sometimes is overwhelmed. Typical example during breakfast if you order they tend to forget your order and regarding the chambermaid does not replenish shampoo, tissues, etc unless you asked for it. As part of the accord group they don't offer the amenities assigned to your level.
