My family and I stayed for only one night in an spacious executive room. Well cleaned with a comfortable bed. Even the sofa bed for the kids was comfortable. They also offer a wellness center (sauna) but unfortunately did not have the opportunity/time to used it. The staff at the bar was attentive and helpful. This hotel chain offers a family nook with books and toys/games where the kids can play and you can enjoy a drink or something to eat. The only down point was their staff’s inability at the check in counter to offer a proper solution after a malfunction of the garage entrance gate. We suggested the access to the garage through the exit gate but our suggestion wasn’t taken. On the next day, we realized that they end up taking our suggestion. This resulted in an expensive parking option and further away from the hotel.

We drove from uk for a short break. It would be nice if you could reply to customers emails to advise on how to get the green sticker for their cars. Our stay was fine, the room had a few issues- bathroom extraction fan was not working, minibar was not working (it was quite warm inside -and we had some antibiotics to keep in the fridge) and the air conditioning was very noisy. Breakfast was very good and staff very nice.

We had a family room. We felt welcome, even with 3 kids, and found all amenities we needed. Breakfast was rich and a good selection.
