The hotel may not have the best guest satisfaction policy's but the crew working in the hotel Ibis dutra complete and got back my satisfaction, I was very disappointed of a 2 reales charge for using one spoon really ridiculous but the crew make it up they smile they are about guests satisfaction like Roberto and Lourdes at the bar area, reception josue and Rivaldo very professional also talita the skinny short one with the green eyes she make my daughter feel special when she order her ice cream she were nice and professional because of her and the rest of the crew Ibis Hotel I will comeback, the lady who clean my room was, also very attentive Mrs. Ines Leal, her cleaning on point very good...the manager a blonde lady very nice always at the guest disposal the cooking the personal at the kitchen OMG very good they got me with the food...it was a boy black hair on he's 20th very educated along with a lady That don't know her name all of them on top of the game business... josue, Rinaldo, the manager ( blonde ) Lourdes, Roberto and the best thalita were amazing and make my 17th days at Ibis Dutra feel at home and regarding that charge was very stupid after paying 3,400 and some change reales, come on is not about the money I'm in the business also that didn't much what the crew do for ya'll Ibis... you hace a nice take care of them.
