The receptionist was quite helpful. However, if you're looking for a warm welcoming smile and a pleasant atmosphere, you might find it lacking. The rooms are reasonably clean but fairly standard.

We did an easy check-in. The front desk staff all were very helpful and friendly. It is 4 5 mins from Stratford tube station and westfield mall. There are a couple buses that stop right in front of the hotel.

Disappointing Stay

Cash Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

From the outset, our room presented a challenge as it overlooked a loading bay, subjecting us to constant noise from early morning deliveries starting as early as 3:00 am. This persistent disturbance severely impacted our ability to rest, creating a sleepless environment that left us feeling fatigued and frustrated. Compounding the noise problem was the non-functional air conditioning, which failed to provide relief from the discomfort of the warm weather. With no option but to keep the window open for ventilation, the already disruptive noise from the loading bay became even more intrusive, exacerbating our sleep deprivation and further diminishing the quality of our stay. On the second night, our ordeal continued as other occupants engaged in noisy arguments in the corridor and aggressively banged on their room doors, further disrupting any hope of tranquillity. This lack of consideration for fellow guests added to our distress and highlighted a disregard for the peace and comfort of all patrons. Adding insult to injury, we encountered an unexpected inconvenience when our key card failed to grant us access to both our room and the elevator. Despite seeking assistance from the reception, we were met with indifference and a lack of apology for the inconvenience caused.

Good Hotel Close to a Couple of Railway Stations

I judge a hotel using 2 criteria:- 1) How Comfortable it was, value for money etc 2) Is it within Walking Distance of a Railway Station This was a good hotel very close to both Stratford and Maryland Railway stations !! I will definitely stay here again one day !!

When I booked the amount was in euros but when I paid at hotel she charged me in pounds I ended up paying 22 euros more not happy about this have stayed lots of time and this was first time this happened
