High lights: Staff at check in (Esteban & Pedro). Beautiful, spacious room, comfortable bed, big tv. The small buffet selection in addition to the a-la-carte menu was a lovely addition. The location of the hotel is superb. Low lights: Every time a door closed on our floor, it was so loud that we kept checking if it was our door. The noise kept us up at night, and woke us early in the morning. We were also woken in the middle of the night by people yelling on the street below. The bathroom walls are paper thin, if that. There were no hand towels nor anywhere to hang one. TV was confusing to use, no new release movies however, channels available were sufficient.

The staff were great - pleasant & helpful. The room was very comfortable with not too full pillows. Nice ambience in the Club lounge. Only downer was the removal of serving spirits with the canapés - bad decision! A small thing that had a disproportionate influence!
