The staff were great - pleasant & helpful. The room was very comfortable with not too full pillows. Nice ambience in the Club lounge. Only downer was the removal of serving spirits with the canapés - bad decision! A small thing that had a disproportionate influence!

Loved the room design. Issues: - room: floor required better vacuuming - tv: 1/ could not switchto HDMI for our device 2/ on-demand streaming unwatchable with constant pausing every few seconds due to poor network bandwidth

Love the extra perk of the hair straightener in the room! Makes the hair look glam! the staff are polite and friendly. The filipino guy at the front even recommended a good place to eat! Didnt manage to use the welcome drink coupon as the bar was closed at 8pm on Mon nite
