Location is good as there are lots of eatery arrange the hotel. Room was fine. Breakfast was no good and the service isn’t as expected especially for Novotel Standard even in China.

Hotel is well located in the business district with metro station within a few minutes walk. Hotel room is located at high floor which provides very good view of the river and the high rise building. Few food joint around to satisfy your hunger.

We stayed in a superior room on the executive floor, apart from the nice view, the room was small and very basic, and the TV cabinet top was dusty when we moved in.

The hotel has got no air-con after we learnt that from the receptionist, overall service quality from staff not up to expectation for a reputable worldwide brand. Fairly good locality with good scenery. Front desk and concierge don't seem to know the locality well and can't answer questions well. Room is spacious though.
