Es Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

The people on the staff team were extremely nice and helpful. The room was larger than any hotel I have ever stayed in and was wood panelled. The hotel is conveniently located. The food and service at both the main restaurant and the sushi restaurant were excellent.

Everything very good overall. Room was not the cleanest - I have very short hair and kept finding long black hair everywhere. Room service was terrible - they take ages to answer the phone - I ordered and it never arrived? Wasn’t on my bill so assume they just never put the order through!

Bad experience! More than 1 hour to check in. There was an infinite cue due to the hollidays and each check in took forever. We wanted 2 connected rooms for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids and they ran out of them. The rooms were a joke. Tiny beds, antique technology (no smart tv, no chargers) Do nor recommend it
