Disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The room was too compact

I PAID THIS ROOM FOR MY CHILD WHICH IS 2 YEARS OLD. BECAUSE HE NEED SLEEP BEFORE THE LONG FLIGHT. OUR FLIGHT WAS 5.00 IN THE MORNING SO WE LEFT THE ROOM AT 3 A.M. I WAS AT THE LOBBY ALL THE NIGHT. BECAUSE I WAS STRESSED ABOUT OUR CANCELLED FLIGHT ON SATURDAY. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST CAME TO ME AND TOLD THAT HE WILL THROW ME OUT ALSO HE WAS SHOUTING TO ME. HE PROVOKE ME TO DO SOMETHING BAD. AS A HOTEL EMPLOYEE, HIS BEHAVIOR TO ME, HIS STYLE AND SPEECH WAS NOT CORRECT AT ALL.

From the telephone call to reserve until I checked out the whole experience was excellent , staff (including the breakfast staff waiting on) were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, bed super comfortable, unfortunately I was not staying long enough to profit from it ;).
