All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size. Kitchen was a bit sparse with utensils but had good appliances etc. Enjoyed stay !

We really enjoyed staying at Mercure Bedfordview, it is located right opposite a mall which made it easier for us to go shopping amongst other things. I was however disappointed that there was no complimentary water in the rooms and there are no "do not disturb" signs as housekeeping would come whilst we were still sleeping.
