The hotel was very dishonest and tried charging me for a night that I never stayed. They had the booking in their system for an extra night and rather than not charging me for a night that I never stayed (I was checked out), they are making an excuse that they cannot change that in the system and are trying to charge me for an extra night. This is a very dishonest practice and I would highly recommend that you be careful with this hotel. I have never experienced this type of lack of customer service at any hotel. Typically customer is always right, but not here. They argued that the customer was wrong and trying to charge for nights never stayed.

You could not ask for a better location. Close to the Colosseum and so many sights within a 30 minute walk. There are numerous restaurants to choose from within 2-3 blocks. At times I had a hard time communicating with the front desk. Some of them struggled with English. Not a complaint just the reality. There were a couple of times they seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance. The room was nice but nothing fancy. You are paying for the location. We didn’t spend much time in our room. The bed was adequate but really not that comfortable.

First of all I want to say a very big THANKYOU to all of the staff, each and every team member we came into contact with were amazing. The front of house reception team exceeded expectations on every level. Unfortunately the room was not great. Furnishings were very basic, the bed hard as a rock and the bathroom….. walk-in shower floor very slippery when wet and no hand safety rail. Only a small adult could wedge themselves between the WC and hand basin to sit centrally on the seat. There was a large concrete column between the desk and the bed which made for an interesting pole dance in order to get into bed. At the time of visit the terrace was under renovation and the pool was empty. I would have given a much lower rating score but the staff deserved the better score.

Perfectly placed hotel for a trip to Rome with a lot of sites just a short walk away. Breakfast was always a highlight of the day, with great variety on offer. One big thing that let the room down was the quality of the bead and especially the linens used. They were worn out and should be replaced. I had to put a towel over my worn-out pillow to give me a sense of cleanness. Who knows how many heads have slept on that worn-out pillow?
