We arrived and had to pay an absurdly expensive deposit for a simple 3 night stay, it was just a shock to have to pay so much upon arrival, it certainly felt that there was no trust between the hotel and its clientele in this sense. Before checkout, I received an invoice detailing our stay. I was shocked that I had been charged for breakfast for two days when we had specifically asked not to include breakfast considering it was so expensive. When checking out, the front desk explained that it was only an ‘informative invoice’, something which I have never heard of before. They didn’t have an explanation as to why breakfast had been charged to begin with considering we had opted out of it. It felt like they were hoping people did not check their emails and forked out some extra cash with no explanation.

Very relaxing stay. Our room overlooked the golf course. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The restaurant food and service was very good. The hotel is a drive from the usual Luxembourg tourist destinations but the drive is on good roads and traffic is manageable. Parking is free and easy. Loved the pool, gym and spa. Breakfast menu was a bit limited for international guests and finished too early for a good sleep in.

I think this mercure hotel is very well-located to enjoy farm village and suburb life. and there are good facilites like spa, swiming pool and gym as well. At this time, I had a relax time, so I've been enjoying and using all the facilities. At check-in and check-out, the staff were very friendly and kind. And the staff at the hotel restaurant wer very friendly.
