The hotel is so well located - especially if you are getting the coach to/from Canberra. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the bed super comfortable. I'd recommend staying here.

Room was clean but very limited coffee and tea facilities and no bikkies to have with. No cutlery or plates provided either for breakfast.

The bathroom space does not make sense, the bathroom basin is outside the bathroom - why? It took 2 days to have the empty tissue box replaced. On the 2nd last day the bed was very poorly made in fact it looked as though someone had laid on top of the bed after it was made. The older gentleman who served us in the dining room was very pleasant and accommodating. Will not be returning to Novotel Canberra.
