Check in was easy, parking at a good rate available in the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and uncrowded. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent

Good location but a little run down. Not great value for money. Buffet was great though and kids loved the indoor pool!

The customer service was excellent. The location is superb. Taxis outside waiting all when you need them. Didn't try the food but it looked good and reasonably priced. Only thing to let this place down is the rooms. They are old and dated. The bathroom grouting is stained. No coffee machine in room. Old noisy fridge. Basic iron for cloths. Only two coat hangers. No robes or slippers. Old and small TV. Old carpets. Old air con. Although everything worked, I didn't feel like the room was worth the price. The room did have a huge and comfortable bed as well as a sofa bed, so for the price it was have been a perfect family room to accommodate young kids. Just need to set / align expectations for business travelers.
