This hotel is not suitable for families, especially those with teenage girls, one with a disability. There were several Arab looking men who kept looking at ours in a lecherous way and making comments amongst themselves. Although this is a non smoking hotel the rooms stank of tobacco smoke which was impregnated into the bed covers. We felt unable to stay here and went to the adjacent Ibis hotel. We returned to the hotel the following morning and explained the problem to the manageress who was most understanding and gave us a refund.
