very good breakfast. room clean but cold. never refill the coffee in the room. car park with a lot of water in the floor. never dried in 10 days.

Really friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and able to answer any questions in English without any problems. The hotel was very clean with spacious corridors and large rooms, better than most standard British hotels.

The receptionist was extremely rude unpleasant and unapologetic for issues with the hotel . The room was old, and very noisy (I understand later why free earplugs were ok each night table). He parking was more expensive than usual, very small and electric parking spot occupied by normal cars (and again no action by hotel ) . Never again

If our employees did not meet your expectations and the tone was not appropriate, we hereby apologize. This should of course not be the case. According to the regulations, you are only entitled to a room upgrade on request and subject to availability. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked on the day you booked. The staff were therefore simply unable to offer you any alternatives. It is best to reserve the desired category when booking instead of hoping for an upgrade. The parking spaces are also available to all customers equally and cannot be reserved. Our staff therefore do not know who owns which car.
