This is our 2nd time at Mercure Sydney. Our stay in Sydney has always been great. The spot is close to all public transport, central to everything we needed for our stay. Staff are always attentive and helpful.

Lovely staff. Place not as good as before. Bed uncomfortable, TV not working properly, not enough pillows, tacky shampoo ect in large containers and most of all we were unable to use the shower as we are elderly and enable to climb into the bath.
