The location is excellent. It is adjoining the Diera City Mall , the metro, and very close proximity to the airport too. The staff are excellent and hospitable. They make you fell very warm and welcome. The food is excellent. Breakfast has a very good selection of foods and tasty. The bar is excellent. They make excellent cocktails. The Tea lounge is very good. Overall it is like ‘home away from home’ .

It was the day of the flood in Dubai and I needed to get to the airport. The Manager on duty (with the red birth mark on his face- sorry I did’nt get his name) and the 2 Bell Captains on duty on the 16th April , Shanilka at the front office and the doorman too were extremely helpful to me. If not for them and their help and assistance and the Managers smart move at the moment I would have missed my flight which was departing at 02.40am but of course was delayed for 5 hours in the end. I am truly grateful to all of them and have to commend them for their prompt action at the time. Pullman is like home away from home for us as we stay their now whenever we come to Dubai.

Miss Maya at check-in was so good, kind and efficient. She even assisted me with some other queries I had. Our housekeeper for room 301 was also so good! Could not remember his name, but an amazing asset to the hotel. Had a beautiful pleasant stay. Breakfast variety was good, although it seemed they were short-staffed as it was Eid weekend. I would not recommend the executive lounge. It was very basic and not many options for food or drink. I would definately return.
