We had a wonderful time at Sofitel Santa Clara. The location is perfect! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and the tour of the hotel was excellent. Our suite was spacious and perfect for our family of three. Breakfast at The Jardín had a lot of variety, the food was delicious. We will definitely visit Cartagena again and look forward to it.

This was actually the most amazing stay of my life. My girlfriend and I had the time of our lives at the pool, our room, the restaurants, and the rest of the amenities. The service is the best I have ever seen. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay.

We stayed here the day before our cruise. The hotel is lovely but the rooms need some improvement. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower or sink. The shower water was barely warm. The mattress was very mushy which was uncomfortable. There was no too sheet and the blanket did not have a removable duvet cover which made me wonder if it’s cleaned between guests. The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We also had a nice ocean view

The hotel is lovely, the walled city in Cartagena is a unique, lovely, and friendly place to spend your time and stay as busy as you want to be. But what really made our stay here was the staff at the hotel - from the front desk folks, to the folks that took care of the room, to the hostesses and waiters in the restaurants, to the guys at the pool and bartenders at the bars, to the really outstanding crew at the concierge desk who patiently answered all of our questions and provided some great advice on places to go and help getting around the city - the staff at this hotel is as good as you'll find anywhere. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are expertly maintained, and the location is one of the best in the walled city. I just can't say enough about how great this hotel is - it made the entire week we spent in Cartagena as nice as possible and was the perfect place to be center of our experience in this wonderful Columbian city.
