The hotel is a bit away from the crowded area but is reacheable by Grab or Bolt Taxi. The front desk and other staff were very friendly and courteous. Nothing to complain. During the night, it was peaceful and not loud. We had 2 days stay while on transit to Hua Hin. Would visit again.

Nice service - welcome drinks, cookies, fruits Late check out to 5Pm Except staff enter the room before checkout time (I already put the no disturb sign)

Outdated and dirty room

Chonghy Business - TripAdvisor review

I checked in the room and discovered the air con has smell. The room is outdated with power points at some of the most inconvenient place. The room definitely needs to be refreshed to meet the modern business traveler’s needs. The bathroom is dirty. Looked like 1 star hotel. Complaint to the front desk, no action to exchange my room. Not going to stay here anymore.
