I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the difficulty I experienced finding the Mercure Hotel in Schiphol Airport during my recent visit. Despite following the directions provided, I was unable to locate the hotel, and none of the airport employees I asked for assistance were aware of its location or the location of the F gate. I wasted a significant amount of time trying to find the hotel, which caused me additional stress and inconvenience. I believe that clearer signage and directions would greatly improve the experience for future guests. I hope you will take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests can easily find the hotel. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I stayed at the airport hotel because I had a very early flight the next day and wanted to be inside the airport. The room was extremely quiet and convenient.

On your website it clearly said that a child cot can be accommodated if requested. I requested, but the moron at the reception denied it. She called the security to literally kick out a 8 year old sleeping child who was not feeling well. I tried reasoning with her for a really long time. Worst experience ever. I've already filed a complaint against the security personnel. The reception lady is called Kajal something. When I asked her to give her full name, she has given a fake name.
