Arch Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

This hotel is truly exceptional. We received an outstanding experience from beginning to end. I was travelling with 2 elderly and reduced mobility parents and my young son. We were allocated interconnecting rooms with balconies. Absolutely perfect and very much appreciated. The room itself was perfect . Thank you we will definitely be back. Breakfast was fab!

Everything was fine. We were given a corner room and it was much bigger than other ibis. Room was also clean and friendly staff. Parking at 12chf per day was also convenient.

Heating in the room was poor. The room was located on a floor inaccessible by elevator. The staff was rude
