No hot water in the morning so left with no shower.... no offer for being sorry for inconvenience of myself and 3 children with no shower. Even just the offer of a coffee or breakfast would have been nice.

Antique TV system. Rooms "tired" Would look for alternative in future although position was excellent

It's well located, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the food and the way things were set up. If there was anything I would change it would be to find some way to be able to use stairs to go up and down between my floor and the event floor. I know things are that way because of security but there were quite a few times when the wait for the lift was long and there were no other options to get up to my room which was only one floor above.

well located but badly organised and run

We booked our accommodation through Flight Centre - fully paid for at the time of booking. On our way home to Melbourne we received an email showing an amount debited to our bankcard for the first night's accommodation. On telephoning we were told that our card was used in error and would be credited the amount taken out. NOT A GOOD LOOK. Your housekeeping department is not good enough. No hand towel, no face washer, no bathmat and no blanket in the room at all occupied by my daughter. If it wasn't for the location, we would not stay there. The carpark was full.
