Our experience was satisfactory and especially as we were upgraded to an ocean front room. However we were disappointed to find a double bed in the room instead of a queen bed. Not such a big deal I guess but the room rate was about $340 for the night and we would probably have preferred the original room allocated if it had a queen bed rather than the double bed with views. Best to explain the difference in room to us and give us the choice before automatically upgrading us. I understand however that it was school holidays so you were probably a bit pushed for space. Minor complaint.
