It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Right now it is 5 degrees celcius and the room is freezing, but when we talked to the concierge they said they 'turned off' the heater. We tried contacting the concierge again because it was too cold, and they said they were going to come but they did not. They called us back instead suggesting that they give us extra 'blanket'. Also, there is no soundproof whatsoever between the rooms, thus you can hear literally everything coming from the next door.

When I arrived the hotel at 11.30pm they said to me they are fully booked and canceled my reservation.why they did not call me and ask me? I m the Schneider Electric employee and it was for sure a business trip.

We understand how frustrating this can be and are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We had some issues with our reservation system and your reservation has been integrated only later and we did not have any rooms available. I hope you enjoyed the free upgrade in a Executive room for your second night. I sent you an email to offer you a compensation.
