We stayed for 8 days at the hotel and the service was as usual excellent. They really do exceed themselves in service and the only real question is the evening restaurant which, when you consider Montpellier City Centre is in walking distance is of no consequence at all. Breakfast is always good. Would always recommend.

Good points: Good location. Very good breakfast. Bad points: towels were not well clean (stained). The room is old. The carpet in the common area smells very strong (old carpet). The hotel needs to be renovated. The temperature inside the hotel was very high (more than 25C), we had to open the window to be able to sleep. It was winter time.

We stay here often and the service and welcome is always excellent. The restaurant has improved significantly from post covid disruption. The staff are curteous and efficient. Not a single negative comment to make.
