In morning before leaving room for site seeing SITE SEEING, I was kept the board-ROOM NOT TO BE CLEANED, front side handle of the door. When I return to room by evening, i was shocked as the ROOM was cleaned and new towels were provided. My all the things were not sure whether anybody handeled or not, because i was not prepared for that. such aggresioon is not acceptable. No any MICROWAVE is kept for guest at the reception counter or in the caffetoriya , for making hot any sealed food item of the guest.

We will review this with our team to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future. Regarding the availability of a microwave for guest use, we regret any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we do not have microwaves available for guest use at the reception counter or in the cafeteria. However, our restaurant downstairs offers a 24-hour menu where guests can enjoy a variety of hot food options. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services for our guests. If there's anything else we can do to enhance your future visits or if you have any specific requests, please feel free to let us know.
