A Budget hotel in a central location

The rooms are basic but large enough for 2 guests. The shower was clean and functioned well. Breakfast was of a reasonable standard. We found the bed a bit too hard for our liking but otherwise this hotel suited our needs.

Farrahpalooza Business - TripAdvisor review

I stayed here with colleagues for a 2 day meeting and immediately booked again for next year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the buffet meals were delicious and the conference room was well equipped for our needs. Chocolate milk and muffins at break time were a welcome touch! It’s also a 5 minute walk from New Street Station. Thank you to Ashraf and Catia for planning the event and also all the reception and waiting staff for their hard work.

Room had a chemical smell of some sort - as if it had been treated for something or other. Having travelled for decades - this is the first time I encountered such an issue at a hotel. Only because i arrived late - I did not seek to be moved to a different room.
