Stayed there one night. Staff was very friendly. I was unpleased with the Room. It smelled like sewage. Biggest issue was the noises. Every hoteldoor that was closed you could her, sewage was very loud and you could hear what the neighboor room was talking. I wokeup a couple of times.

Fire alarm in the middle of the night

the room was OK. The shower door leaked and every day after the shower the feet towel and the floor would be soaked. The cleaning staff was very helpful with this issue and every day they left a clean bathroom and clean towels behind. Thanks :) On the third night there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night that woke up the entire hotel. False alarm, someone opened the wrong door? We were told that and to go back to our rooms. Still the alarm took quite a while to go silent. The following morning there was no comment on this, no acknowledgement, no apology. The staff should be better trained to turn off an alarm in less than 10 minutes. And some kind of apology or compensation would be appreciated after ruining our sleep.
