Very average hotel, but great service from the staff

The hotel is basic. Carpet in the room had a big stain. Beds were not comfortable and there weren’t sufficient pillows. The fold out bed blocked access to the bathroom. The restaurant was also not very good: greasy food and the fish was terrible. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a calm neighbourhood. My room was having a nice view on the Canal du Midi. It was spacious and confortable. There was a very good choice of tasty food for breakfast and all the personnel was friendly and helpful.
