I am shocked by the behavior of the hotel; upon check-in, we discovered that we had been charged double payment - in advance, since we checked in late and upon check-in. The administrator assured us that upon departure the money would be returned to us, 5 days have already passed and there is no money, the hotel does not respond to letters. from the reviews I have read, I understand that the hotel is engaged in fraud and deceives guests, I think it is not worthy to be called Ibis.

The room was very small, shower terribly small, TV did to work until some one came to fix it. No AC. Had to get someone to open the window. Staff was helpful. Needed to catch the bus to get to terminal !.
