I had a first class, enjoyable experience and I will stay at Novotel every time I visit Sheffield. This is the third hotel I have tried in Sheffield, and it outclassed the others by a long way. All the staff I met were friendly, helpful and professional. The room, F&B, the many facilities and the prime location are all stand out features, but it was the staff who really made it for me.
