I telephoned the hotel about a late check-in since my flight was delayed by 6 hours, and was greeted by an understanding reception who had no issues. On the contrary, reception assured me that someone would be waiting for me whenever I arrived at the hotel. Indeed, despite arriving past midnight, there was a gentleman at reception to greet me at check-in. When I got to my room, everything was perfect. There was even a beautiful welcome gift waiting. All linens & towels were crisp, the room was elegant & queen size bed super comfy. There was also tons of storage space in the armoire. When I requested a late check-out, again I was greeted by someone friendly at reception who was very accommodating. Despite only having spent one night at the Hotel Rotary, I felt like a valued customer & would certainly not hesitate to return again. Location is also perfect. It's a very quick walk to the lake (Lac Leman); and centrally located near a Manor AG, Geneva Cornavin train station (Gare de Genève), and plenty of coffee shops & restaurants nearby. Lots to do, plenty of shopping, and easy access to transportation. From Geneva airport (GVA), Uber is about CHF 30 each way, or the SBB train is just CHF 3 each way.

The lobby was very nice. Location good. Front desk personnel very good and helpful. Room was nice but too warm. Great efficiency in room. Half shower door caused water to cause water on bathroom door. Tub difficult to get in because of the height of the tub. Magnifying mirror in bathroom too high.

Decided to extend our week long ski trip with a couple of days in Geneva at the end. This hotel is just beautiful, the decor is unusual and in really good condition, nothing shabby here at all. The bedroom and bathroom very well equiped with huge towels, flannels (always a winner), bathrooms and slippers which you can bring home. Very nice smelling quality toileteries as well. We didn't eat here (no evening meals at the weekend as its in the business area) but we did have a drink one evening - I ordered an Old Fashioned and instead of using sugar syrup the barman used two bags of sugar! Very very odd. All staff extremely friendly and one big upside is that its a few minutes walk from Lake Geneva, several large 5* hotels, the older part of Geneva along with the shopping area are less than 10 minutes walk and the hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. We will be back.

We had a signature room. It was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a good selection. The gym has a good range of weights and a few aerobic machines. The location of the hotel is central but on a quiet street. The hotel itself has a classic charm and is very comfortable. Jessica at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This was our second stay at rotary hotel, and I’m even happier this time. We got the classic room and I was afraid that would be small for us(as we are parents and a little kid) but the room was spacious. Some renovation was needed but nothing serious, and everything was really clean. The location is perfectly situated close to everything: the city center, lake and train station. They even put a small slipper and baby shower amenities which was really nice. Breakfast buffet is very good although a little bit pricey.
