It was a nice, comfortable stay at the hotel in January 2024. The staff was nice and always helpful, assisting when needed, like in getting a taxi or borrowing an iron. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and sheets. The only thing missing was a fridge/minibar and the pool was closed, obviously as it was January. And the city center/downtown is not close to the hotel as in walking distance, you should get a taxi or Uber which is like less than a 10 minutes drive.

The bedroom had no a/c it only worked in very hot mode, we didnt ask for exchange because we noticed it it was to late in the night

The IBIS sign, mounted on a tower, is easily visible from the main road, which makes it easy to find Arrived in heavy rain - the spacious parking is near the front door, but there is also a useful portico to unload bags. There is a useful snack bar with a good menu, swift service There is a computer work station. Good friendly reception staff, who know the area and were able to make local excellent recommendations and provide a street map! Good parking. Good breakfast. Swimming pool. My room was clean & quiet.

Been staying at IBIS Setubal for over 20 years. I keep coming back because of the service and employees are so friendly and helpful. Many of the employees have been working at this hotel for years and they remember us. The hotel is also very clean and the breakfast is excellent. We will keep coming back.
