Close to CDG; mixed experience with staff

We needed 1 night close to CDG so that we could pick up a friend arriving the following morning. Pros: - Location -- maybe a 5-minute drive to the airport - Nearby town -- Roissy-en-France is an adorable town, and it's a nice (short) walk through the park to get there. - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful - Bed was fairly comfortable Could use improvement: - Parking access -- it wasn't clear that we'd need to call to be let in, and that we'd need to pay separately to be let out. Minor things. - The fellow at the bar seemed pretty irritated that we were there. It was late afternoon (not yet peak bar time), so perhaps we interrupted his prep routine. But still.....it's always nice to feel welcome. - The "door" -- "wall"? -- on the shower was odd. One of those half-walls that usually start on the same side as the showerhead, except it started from the other end, leaving the side where the actual shower is, uncontained. On the other hand, I didn't need to move my shampoo into the shower -- just set it on the counter. Overall, I'm happy to return again if I ever need to stay near CDG -- just with some modified expectations.

We needed 1 night close to CDG so that we could pick up a friend arriving the following morning. Overall, it was fine. Some of the decor in the halls could use updating, but the lobby and bar/restaurant area felt fairly up-to-date. For the price we paid, it met our expectations. A long trek from the airport for bad food but nice service.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are small, I can hear my neighbors, and the bed is not comfortable. I skipped the restaurant as I didn’t want my last dinner in Paris to be a bad buffet. I only stayed here because a use air France canceled a flight and has a deal with them. It is quite a trek from the airport, especially carrying luggage. the last part is outside across quite a large parking lot. the air france team said about an 8 minute walk. it was actually 10 minutes to the train, and then another 10 after the train. with a bad knee, or was a bad experience for me.
