The mattress is very comfortable, but it's inconvenient to commute as I have to walk a distance to reach the train station. It becomes more troublesome on rainy days.

I've stayed for four nights, but the housekeeping staff hasn't replenished the toilet paper in my bathroom when it's nearly finished, and no one has refilled the backup tissue in the tissue box either. The hotel also does not provide toothpaste.

We understand that Amsterdam's weather can sometimes make the walk to the train station less pleasant. While we do not currently offer shuttle bus services, our location near the metro stations Spaklerweg and Overamstel typically facilitates convenient access to various parts of the city. However, we appreciate your perspective and will consider it as we strive to enhance our guest experience. Please accept our apologies for the oversight in not replenishing the toilet paper and tissues in your room. This is certainly not in line with our standards, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure our rooms are always well-stocked. Furthermore, we understand your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the water kettle in your room. We maintain rigorous cleanliness protocols, and this feedback will help us to further improve our services. We are proud to offer comfortable accommodations, and it pleases us to know that you found the mattress to your liking. Our guests' rest and satisfaction are of utmost importance. Hotel is in a good location with easy access to amaterdam centraal station via the train station thats only 5 minute walk away. We had a minor issue with our TV and this was fixed almost immediately with great customer service. Easy and convenient baggage storage and water fountains in the reception were also nice too see. I would recommend to any visiting amsterdam to use this hotel

"some need to work on their attitude"

Me Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

1st, two parents with a 2 years old and a a baby forced to book two rooms because "no more than 3 per room", because a baby and a 2 years old are an adult, right? Moreover the rooms were not even communicating rooms... really? 2nd, found the parking closed (shwing "full") even after having emailed before arriving whether I could book the parking in advance, answer: "no need". Eventually they found me a parking but asked me to move the car before letting the bay and the 2 years old getting to the room (context: it's 22:45pm...) Reception stuff not really welcoming. Waiters at the breakfast really lovely though. Easy to guess who was who.
