Fantastic location- why we booked, however, our room was less than clean, a lot of built up dust and grime on remotes, phone, bed heads… great hotel in absolute perfect location but rooms really need a serious deep clean!

Had a great stay at Darling Harbour. Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. Location just right for the harbour and the public transport was frequent and inexpensive. Hats off to Sydney and Novotel.
