My travel companion and I needed a hotel to stay in for one night in Brussels. We looked up Ibis hotel and we drove there without making prior hooking and good enough, they he two rooms available for us. The rooms were clean and the receptionist was very welcoming. We love our stay there.

Regarding your feedback on the room's size, while they are designed to be cozy and efficient, we ensure that all our rooms, spanning 18sqm, are equipped with the Sweet Bed by ibis to maximize your comfort. We also appreciate your suggestion about complimentary water refills. Although we do not currently offer free water in the rooms, we do provide water accessible 24/7 at the vending machine or at the bar for convenience. We hope to see you again in the future. I stay at this hotel a lot for work. Yes, it’s shabby. The rooms need updating but the staff are excellent, it’s clean and convenient. I’ve grown very fond of the Ibis Brussels Airport. The staff always assist me in every way and I enjoy the restaurant and bar in the evenings. The showers are hot, the beds are comfortable so I think it’s pretty good value.
