Reception staff were very helpful and friendly however our room which wasn’t cheap was shabby and in need of refurbishment. The bar staff were incompetent and unhelpful. Breakfast was ok but had to queue to use the coffee machine - no table service whatsoever. Would not use a Novotel again

Two nights with children, nice hotel well priced. Rooms are tired but cean, great pool for the kids, and sauna. Well located.

We had a good stay with you but when we stayed before your management were kind enough to look after our cases after our cruse until our flight. We had coffee and dinner with you then to show our appreciation. This time we had difficulty with one of your staff but eventually she agreed to honour our request . So sad as we intended to go again in October with some friends . Your hotel is comfortable but Sadly we will have to fine another one in Southampton with more agreeable staff who are more welcoming.
