Hotel staff were helpful and very welcoming. The room is in need of a little bit of attention. The taps on the bath were corroded as was the shower hose. The mechanism that operated the bath plug was broken and came away in my hand. The paintwork in the room was not well done and looked a little shabby as did the paintwork in the hallway to the lifts. Breakfast options were good.

The sofa bed was advertised as suitable for adults but it is not they would be perfect for small children but are extremely uncomfortable for the average size adult it would be my recommendation to only allow these sofa beds for children and to provide a more suitable adult size bed for 3 adult bookings
